Who is handling my information?
Information submitted to us is managed by Hokkaido University’s Institute for Chemical Reaction Design and Discovery.
How is my information being handled?
We take your privacy very seriously. Your information is properly handled and managed based on the university’s rules and regulations which follow those set by the Japanese government.
For what purpose?
Your email address will be used to contact you if we need further information on the answer(s) provided by you (e.g. special requests, etc). The other information will be used for the symposium operations purposes only (e.g. making the attendance list, etc).
